System Requirements

Not Supported

Total Control does not support iOS, Windows Phone, or other non-Android operating systems.

Step 1: Download

1. Visit sigma-rt.com/en/tc/download
2. Download the Windows 64-bit installer (current: v11.0 Update 20)
3. The Android client is pushed automatically — no separate download needed

Step 2: Install

1. Run the installer
2. Follow the on-screen prompts (quick install recommended)
3. Avoid installing to a path with special characters

Step 3: First Launch

On first launch, Total Control shows:

1. Connection Window — "No device found. Click here to begin"
2. Main Window — Access to all functions
3. Announcement Window — Version release notes
4. Trial Window — Professional version trial access (3-day free trial)

No Root Required

Total Control does not require root privileges on the phone. Rooted phones also work normally.

Additional Tools

Sigma Connection Agent (SCA)	Lightweight proxy for device detection via emulator, USB, or TCP/IP
TC Connect	Batch device setup tool for installing TC and managing passwords
SigmaTestApp	Test app for experimenting with FindNode queries

Troubleshooting Installation

Problem	Solution
"TC is starting, do not restart"	Run as administrator
Program doesn't respond on double-click	Clean Java environments, reinstall TC
"Folder cannot be created"	End java.exe in Task Manager, avoid C drive
Path error during install	Remove special symbols from installation path
